Carters Rifle

An important character in the first story arc is Carter. This is the gun he carries. It is based on the Blaser Tactical 2 with some changes to simplify manufacturing. For example, the bipod mounts to a fixed pin on the front of the frame, like the L96. Resources are at a premium so this is probably the nicest firearm you'll see in the comic. His partner is stuck with a poor copy of the Zastava M76.

The basic design of the Blaser Tactical is irritating in that even an un-shopped version looks photoshopped. There's no way to make it look natural.
